Most people are quick to complain when they receive poor or sub-standard service. Unfortunately, when good service is received we usually say nothing because we just expect it. And when exceptional service is rendered we are happy but usually silent. I try not to be this way. When I see exceptional service I try to make other people aware of it since it is such a rare thing in this day and age.
Matt Shuler has provided me with a level of service that is better than any other components supplier I currently use. Matt has consistently gone the extra mile for me. Several of my vendors will do that in the beginning just to earn my business, but after a month or so things begin to change when they learn that I don't purchase a huge amount of components as compared to other larger contract manufacturers. Matt has not done this.
Even though I've only been purchasing from Global for a short time, Matt's attitude has remained the same. If anything he is trying even harder to help me with what I need. I just wanted you to know this so that you will be aware of Matt's contributions to your company.

Usually, mentioning the term 'broker' to an
electronics buyer brings about a knee-jerk cringe reaction. There are many
broker companies out there that provide a steady stream of nuisance calls
promising miraculous service and unequalled pricing.
If you are an electronics buyer however, you have
a choice. I have dealt with Global for several years now, and have seen them
attain a level of service that greatly exceeds that of their competitors. I have
had many line-down situations that required immediate and complicated help, and
in those times my first call has went to Global, whose reaction was always quick
and helpful. We had an issue last week in which we were critical on a tough
part. After a call to Global, they discovered the data sheet actually showed the
production of a different part that could be used. This was a lifesaver, and
would not have been an option had they not seen it. I have found them to be a
great value to me for these issues, but also a valuable resource for continued

Most of my
purchases are through franchised distribution on yearly blanket orders.
However, from time to time I require obsolete or hard to find parts. Although I
receive a half dozen or so calls a week from independent distributors all
claiming to save me time and money, I don't deal with any of them because of the
dependable service I get from Global Solutions. I recently received a quote
with a 25 week lead-time. Global Solutions was able to find me parts at a
reasonable price the same day. I get first articles on obsolete parts and
haven't found a problem yet. I'm a happy customer. Please consider this a
glowing recommendation for Global Solutions. Stop answering the phone from
strangers promising excellence. If Global Solutions can't find it, it doesn't
exist.
