Position - Account Executive (Inside)
Department - Sales
Location - Fort Myers, FL - SW Florida
Pay - Competitive salary and commission bonuses

Headquartered in Southwest Florida, Global Solutions is an independent stocking distributor of commercial through military level hi-tech components. Global Solutions is actively recruiting highly motivated self starting Account Executives who can hit the ground running in a dynamic team, and expanding company.

Reporting to the Strategic Development Manager, successful candidates will have the personal traits and capabilities to work in a fast paced environment, generating a new and ever expanding book of business from the many sales leads opportunities available.
This is an opportunity for high drive, self starters with income goals to match.  Strong work ethics, integrity, and a willingness to put the needs of the external customer first are prerequisites for consideration.

General Employment Questions

Q: I am interested in applying for a position. What do I do?
A: Simply email your resume to careers@noleadtime.com and submit an application on line. Upon receipt, we will contact you to complete the process.

Q: What information should I include on my resume?
A: In addition to the traditional information, it is helpful to include previous employment history and experiences in the position you are applying, salary history, desired salary, date you are available to start and the time it is best for us to contact you.

Q: Once I send in my application, how do I know where I stand?
A: Typically, our team will review resumes bi-monthly and , if interested, contact you within two weeks for an interview. If we have not contacted you within that time, we have likely chosen to keep your resume on file for the time being.

Q: I filled out an application. What happens next?
A: All applicants will be notified within 30 days of receipt of the application. In the event we have elected to not pursue you for employment at this time, you will be notified of receipt and your application will be kept on file for one year to potentially fill future career opportunities.

Q: If hired, what hours will I work?
A: Global Solutions is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00-5:00. Except during initial training, these are our basic work hours.

Q: Is there overtime involved?
A: Depending on your position, overtime may be required. Sales positions particularly require 10-15 additional hours per week of homework and overtime to learn the nuances of sales.

Q: Why is your company small?
A: In terms of staff size, we are relatively small in number. In terms of output and the bottom line, we are doing quite nicely. It’s results that matter and our sales, gross and net margins have grown each year since our company was founded. Sales have gone up by an average of over 20 % annually. These numbers are all the more impressive considering high technology’s worst down turn in history started less than 6 months after we opened for business.

Q: What’s the future hold for Global Solutions?
A: The future is very bright. With stability in key areas such as customer diversification and financial strength, we are in a fantastic position as the industry enters a growth period. The business climate has improved and we now have a core staff of dedicated professionals as a foundation to build on. Work Life Questions

Q: Can I make up missed time if I have other commitments during normal work hours?
A: On rare occasion, missed times may be made up. However, we do expect and rely on each team member’s excellent attendance record to support the internal and external customer. We recommend the team member take a personal day for such instances.

Q: I have a second job at night I need to get to. If I need to leave a little early, is that ok?
A: Most positions require complete immersion in the material by the new team member. Due to the nature of the work and the time investment required to become an effective team member, we discourage those who have multiple jobs from applying.

Q: Is there career advancement or growth opportunities at Global Solutions?
A: Our company is less than 10 years old and the industry as a whole is in an upward trend. We are positioned nicely for growth in the coming few years and will add management level positions as needs arise.
